Greenspoon Marder Law’s Steven Fender will be a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section – 2015 Spring Meeting being held in San Francisco, CA from April 16-18, 2015.
Emerging Issues in Alter Ego Litigation Arising in Consumer Bankruptcies, will address the role of state law alter ego claims in consumer bankruptcy cases and will discuss alter ego issues in trustee actions, declaratory actions for property of the estate and turnover, general standing issue, and claims objections.
Fender will be joined by Dennis Montali, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of California.
