SUPER LAWYERS RECOGNIZES FOUR GREENSPOON MARDER ATTORNEYS IN NEW YORK METRO FOR 2017

New York, NY – November 11, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder shareholders Robert M. Preston and Arthur D. Ettinger, and senior counsel, Diane Steiner have been recognized as “Super Lawyers” by New York Metro Super Lawyers magazine. Additionally, attorney Michelle Fox has been named a “Rising Star” and will be featured among the “Top Women Attorneys in New York” list, appearing in a special supplement of The New York Times in March of 2018.

Mr. Preston handles highly complex domestic relations cases and appeals. He has conducted a substantial number of custody and financial trials relating to all phases of family law in the Supreme and Family Courts in New York City and its surrounding counties.

Mr. Ettinger has extensive experience litigating and advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including complex financial and custody issues, equitable distribution, child support.

Ms. Steiner handles all aspects of family law, including custody, paternity, divorce, separation, and litigation, as well as drafting pre and post marital agreements.

Ms. Fox has a broad-based practice, comprised of three principal areas: commercial litigation, entertainment law, and family law. In her commercial practice, she has represented a variety of corporate and individual clients in various breach of contract matters.
