Three Greenspoon Marder Attorneys Recognized by Super Lawyers in Southern California for 2019

Los Angeles, CA – January 30, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder partners, James Turken and Jayesh Patel, have been recognized as “Super Lawyers” by the Southern California Super Lawyers magazine. Additionally, partner, Kathleen Cerniglia Hipps, has been named a “Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Turken has been ranked since 2004 and Mr. Patel has been ranked since 2005.

Mr. Turken concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, trade secrets and market practices, trademarks, copyrights, securities litigation and enforcement defense, construction, and labor and employment litigation.
