Angelo Regina is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Financial Services practice group. He concentrates his practice on financial services, commercial and real estate litigation matters in state courts throughout New York. Mr. Regina has experience counseling lending institutions on litigation issues related to residential loan servicing operations and title disputes. His practice also includes representing investment and commercial banking clients in leveraged bank and bond financings involving significant real estate components.
While Mr. Regina focuses his practice primarily on financial service matters, he draws on his broad litigation and transactional experience representing clients in title curative and creditors’ rights matters, and complex real estate litigation.
Mr. Regina obtained his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a President of the Italian American Law Student Organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John’s University.
