Catherine Sanchez is an associate in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Financial Services practice group, bringing over two decades of comprehensive legal experience to her clients. Ms. Sanchez is highly regarded for her client-focused approach in navigating high-volume, high-stakes matters across foreclosure law, real estate, probate, estate planning, and consumer finance.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Sanchez honed her expertise as an attorney at a full-service law firm, where she managed a diverse portfolio of legal matters including domestic law, real estate disputes, probate administration, and general civil litigation. Her extensive background in foreclosure litigation and mediation has led to her successfully managing thousands of foreclosure and mediation cases for prominent financial institutions such as Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, PNC, and Wells Fargo.
Ms. Sanchez also founded and managed her own law practice, overseeing national consumer and commercial collection portfolios for a wide array of clients, including healthcare providers, financial institutions, and other creditors. This entrepreneurial experience further deepened her understanding of critical government compliance regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), HIPAA, and CFPB regulations
She is HUD-certified, licensed in bankruptcy law, and currently serves on the New Mexico Review panel.
