Corrine Flaskey is senior counsel in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Flaskey focuses her practice on commercial litigation and can assist clients with litigation in highly regulated industries, hospitality industries, contract issues and complex business disputes. She can also advise on unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, and debt collection matters.
Ms. Flaskey obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Monterey Bay and her J.D. from Golden State University School of Law.
Prior to working at Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Flaskey served as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Diamond Resorts®, where she was head of Litigation. During her time at Diamond Resorts®, she managed all litigation, advised in the financial, inventory, hospitality, public relations, sales and marketing areas of the business, and assisted in loan portfolio recovery matters, leading the company in complex litigation to protect its assets.
