David A. Schnobrick
Partner
David A. Schnobrick is a partner with Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Regulatory Compliance and Defense and Litigation practice groups. He focuses his practice on federal and state regulatory compliance issues from both proactive and reactive perspectives, and is particularly experienced with the regulatory challenges faced by the financial, insurance, and health care industries, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state insurance codes. In addition, Mr. Schnobrick handles regulatory matters applicable to the debt settlement, real estate, time share, marketing, and advertising industries, including the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
