Dominique Sciullo 

Dominique Sciullo serves as senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Marital & Family Law practice group and represents clients in complex family law actions that affect their finances, homes, and relationships with their children.

Ms. Sciullo has more than a decade of legal experience and handles timesharing and custody disputes, dissolution of marriage actions, paternity actions, post-judgment modification and enforcement issues, relocation actions, domestic violence prosecution and defense, stepparent adoptions, and prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has a strong courtroom presence and prepares each case with the detail and attention needed to reach a judgment, whether through settlement or, where one cannot be reached, trials. She has been court appointed as a Guardian ad Litem to give opinion to the court as to the best interests of children in domestic relations cases.

Ms. Sciullo serves as Vice President of the Young Lawyers Section Board of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Co-Chair of its Family Law Committee. She is a past president of the South Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is also Co-Chair of the Programming Committee of the Greenberg Gamot Family American Law Inn of Court.
