Edward J. McKee

Edward McKee is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Financial Services practice group. With over eleven years of experience, Mr. McKee focuses his practice on real estate law, consumer financial law, and complex title issues. He has a proven track record of managing high-stakes portfolios for some of North America’s largest financial institutions, overseeing cases from inception to resolution, including litigation, legal research, and strategic settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. McKee served as an attorney at an Am Law 100 firm, where he led the Pennsylvania mortgage default portfolio and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bankruptcy portfolios for a major banking client. In this capacity, he frequently advised clients on risk exposure and compliance with evolving state and federal statutes. Additionally, his experience includes serving as an associate attorney at a regional firm, where he represented lenders and servicers in state and federal court proceedings involving foreclosures, evictions, and quiet title actions.
