Overview

Eliot New is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder, where he advises and represents primarily businesses and employers in a broad range of commercial and business disputes, class and collective actions, and labor and employment matters.  This includes advising and representing clients through all stages of a dispute, prior to litigation, through administrative and governmental investigations, and to final resolution by settlement, binding arbitration, or trial in state and federal courts.

Mr. New’s experience includes representing manufacturers, banks, hospitality companies, commercial & multifamily landlords, construction firms, and other businesses in disputes involving commercial matters, labor and employment, and trade secret and non-compete/non-solicitation agreements.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder in 2018, Mr. New was a member of a law firm in Texas.   Mr. New is board certified in Labor & Employment by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
