Haley Jones-Partilla is of counsel with Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Regulatory Compliance and Defense practice group. She handles an assortment of general regulatory, transactional, and licensing matters in highly regulated industries such as banking, debt settlement, telemarketing and advertising. Haley represents a diverse range of clients, including service warranty companies, debt settlement providers, fintechs, and commercial and consumer finance companies. Haley’s skillset encompasses regulatory compliance and licensing, allowing her to counsel financial services clients through product launches, money transmission, commercial finance, unsecured consumer lending and comprehensive regulatory compliance and licensing issues.
Haley’s expertise involves advising alternative commercial and consumer finance companies, offering invaluable guidance on successfully navigating the ever-evolving disclosure and licensing regulations. Haley provides clients with the strategies necessary to navigate potential challenges and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and minimize operational risk.
Ms. Jones-Partilla obtained her J.D. from Liberty University School of Law, where she was an active member of Liberty University Law Review, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Board and the Federalist Society.
