Hannah Rarick
Associate
Hannah Rarick is an associate in Greenspoon Marder LLP’s Labor and Employment practice group. She focuses her practice on matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title VII claims.
Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Rarick practiced at a Florida-based labor and employment law firm, where she drafted motions in federal and state courts and represented clients in unemployment hearings before state agencies. She also prepared independent contractor agreements, non-compete agreements, settlement agreements, and employee handbook provisions.
