Jason Alman is an associate in the Marital & Family practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Mr. Alman works with clients throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Palm Beaches. His primary focus is on legal issues relating to family, divorce, paternity, enforcement/modification proceedings, alimony, child support, child custody/timesharing and parental responsibility, and pre & post-nuptial agreements.

Mr. Alman is actively involved in the family and marital law community, serving as a board member for Family Services Broward, an organization dedicated to providing crucial services to low-income families navigating high-conflict court cases in Broward County’s Family Court. He has been honored as one of the “Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch” for Family Law since 2024. Mr. Alman has also been featured in Lawdragon’s 500 X – Next Generation and received the “Rising Star Award” from the Florida Bar Family Law Section.

Beyond traditional family law matters, Mr. Alman has extensive experience in handling both stepparent and second-parent adoptions in Florida, working with both heterosexual and same-sex couples to navigate the complexities of adoption law.
