Jay H. Kim is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He brings extensive experience in advising buyers and sellers on both commercial and residential real estate transactions. With a robust practice that spans lender representation, commercial and office leasing, mezzanine financing, construction financing, preferred equity, and joint ventures, Mr. Kim is a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele.
Mr. Kim has a proven track record of representing condominium and cooperative boards, commercial and residential investors and developers, as well as commercial, SBA, and construction lenders.
A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Kim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2000, where he was awarded the prestigious Sir Thomas More full-tuition scholarship.
Mr. Kim is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He lives on the East Side of Manhattan with his wife and two children.
