Jeniffer Saiz

Jeniffer Saiz is an associate in Greenspoon Marder’s Wills, Trusts and Estates practice group, where she helps clients work through probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters.
Before joining Greenspoon Marder as a paralegal, Ms. Saiz worked as a probate paralegal and law clerk in Miami Lakes. She managed more than 60 probate matters and guided estates from the first petition to the final close. She also handled guardianship cases, including the annual accountings and annual plans required by Florida courts. She also drafted wills, powers of attorney, and health care surrogate designations tailored to each client’s family and goals.
Ms. Saiz began her legal career in 2019 at a Miami law firm, where she served as a legal assistant helping prepare and file pleadings and motions through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. She was also a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Elder Law Society during law school.
