Jessica B. Sander

Jessica Sander is a partner in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, she focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business-related litigation.

Ms. Sander has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She has successfully represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including partnership and LLC disputes, defense of class actions, real estate-based litigation, estate-related litigation, contract disputes, employment-related disputes, and fraud claims.

Ms. Sander has successfully handled probate and trust litigation, including disputes among family members and disputes involving challenges to estate planning documents.
