Karissa Chin-Duncan

Karissa Chin-Duncan is senior counsel in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP.

She focuses her practice on representing lenders and servicers in residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures. She also has experience assisting clients with senior lien monitoring, evictions, replevins and code enforcement issues. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.ba
