Lawren A. Zann is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group where he concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation. Clients turn to Lawren for his counsel and guidance in assessing and addressing their most complex and high-stakes disputes, including those involving contract claims, business fraud and related torts, trade secret and unfair business practices, real estate litigation, class action defense, restrictive covenants, shareholder disputes, and privacy and statutory compliance. As a seasoned litigator with extensive trial experience, Lawren litigates cases in state, federal, and arbitration courts covering a broad range of industries throughout the country and prides himself on creating bold and effective strategies to execute solutions in the best interest of his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Lawren worked as a supervising Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County, Florida, where he prosecuted offenses ranging from sex crimes to drug trafficking to homicides for more than 5 years. Lawren brings to the firm his extensive trial experience, motion work, and courtroom familiarity; skills that will assist in producing the best results for his clients.
