Lindsey A. Savastano

Lindsey Savastano is an attorney in the Financial Services practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Savastano focuses her practice on representing mortgage lenders, servicers, and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the state of Florida. Her experience includes managing Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters, handling complex litigation, and providing strategic counsel to financial institutions. She has successfully represented clients in evidentiary hearings, adversary proceedings, and mediations across multiple federal districts.

Ms. Savastano received her Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Miami. She continued her studies and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She was elected to the Student Bar Association and served from 2007 to 2008.
