Meagan Nicholson is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. Ms. Nicholson represents clients in a variety of complex commercial business matters, including contract disputes, fraud claims, breaches of fiduciary duty claims, real estate disputes, class action litigation, intellectual property disputes, and employment disputes. Her practice includes litigation in both federal and state courts throughout the country.
Ms. Nicholson earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with honors. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Nicholson served as the Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review and interned at the University of Miami Tenants’ Rights Clinic and the City of Miami Beach, Office of the City Attorney. Before this, she double majored in political science as well as environmental science and policy, graduating with two bachelor’s degrees with honors from Florida State University.
