Michael E. “Ellis” Marder II
Senior Counsel
Ellis Marder is senior counsel at Greenspoon Marder LLP in Orlando, specializing in timeshare, resort and hospitality, corporate, condominium, real estate, contract, and sports law. With over five years of legal experience, Mr. Marder is recognized for his expertise in federal and state regulatory compliance, corporate matters, real estate, land use, zoning, planning, pre-suit litigation, and advising on professional and collegiate name, image, and likeness (NIL) contracts. His deep understanding of the timeshare and resort industries allows him to provide invaluable legal counsel to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Mr. Marder holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida. His dedication to excellence and client service has established him as a trusted advisor and an emerging leader in the legal community. Outside of his legal work, Ellis enjoys spending time with his family and serving the Central Florida community through philanthropic efforts. He is a board member and executive committee member of Athlete Connections Foundation, an Orlando-based nonprofit organization that supports high-risk youth and their families. Additionally, he is committed to growing his faith to promote a fulfilling and well-balanced lifestyle.
