Michal Mirski

Michal Mirski is an associate in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder, where she represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing involving a variety of asset classes, such as multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties across the United States.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Mirski served as in-house counsel at a private lending and asset management company, which finances residential and multi-family properties nationwide. She began her legal career at a leading Israeli law firm, where she advised clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Mirski earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from The College of Management Academic Studies Law School in Israel and later obtained an LL.M. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. She also served in the Israeli Defense Forces’ Intelligence Corps, Unit 8200.
