Patricija Gegznaite

Patricija Gegznaite is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and specializes in complex federal and state court matters.

She has a strong background in trial and appellate work, with expertise in drafting substantive pleadings and motions such as motions to dismiss and for summary judgment. Further, she conducts extensive legal research and has headed key aspects of discovery for multidistrict class action litigation.

In her role prior to Greenspoon Marder, Ms. Gegznaite served as an associate at a Miami-based boutique complex commercial litigation firm and before that as an assistant public defender, managing over 250 felony, juvenile, and misdemeanor cases from bond hearings, depositions, motion hearings, and trials. During that time, she provided client representation in over seven jury and non-jury trials.

She has been named among Super Lawyers magazine “Florida Rising Stars” since 2024 in the Business Litigation category and included in Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” in 2025.
