Bradley A. Ross
Senior Counsel
Bradley A. Ross is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Personal Injury and Litigation practice groups and oversees all of the firm’s personal injury litigation. Mr. Ross, a civil trial attorney with more than two decades of experience, is consistently AV rated, denoting him as being preeminently qualified by the Martindale-Hubbell lawyer rating service. Mr. Ross has dedicated his entire career to exclusively representing victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death in Florida and obtaining fair compensation for their injuries and damages. Mr. Ross focuses on complex cases involving significant personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including: automobile and trucking collisions; premises liability (slip/trip and falls); negligent security; animal attacks; prescription misfills; and personal watercraft/marine collisions. To date, Mr. Ross, along with his partners at the firm, has obtained various multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts for clients throughout Florida.
