January 27, 2009

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Jan. 27, 2009 – The law firm of Greenspoon Marder, P.A. has named a new shareholder. Thomas F. Coyle, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, condominium and homeowners’ associations, resorts and timeshares and regulatory compliance and defense.

“Thomas has been instrumental in the growth of the firm, not only because he is a top-notch attorney, but also because he treats his clients as if they are family,” said Gerald Greenspoon, co-managing partner of Greenspoon Marder.

Coyle has been with Greenspoon Marder since January of 2001. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and is admitted to the Florida and Georgia bars. Coyle currently represents Greenspoon Marder at the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement Professional Connection Board, and the Dunn’s Run Committee through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, among other community interests.

Greenspoon Marder currently has 71 attorneys, 30 of which are shareholders.

“It is an honor to be named among such an elite group of attorneys,” said Coyle. “Greenspoon Marder delivers the best legal services and client care in the field, and I am proud to be part of that.”
