Berger will be supervising Greenspoon Marder’s life settlement practice group. He is co-chair of the firm’s litigation department and the business development department. His trial practice is currently concentrated in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Over his 36-year legal career, Berger has litigated and tried more than 50 jury and 350 non-jury trials spanning the areas of commercial, probate, trust, real estate, title insurance, construction litigation and domestic matter cases throughout the state of Florida, as well as in the State Supreme Court of New York.
