Alan Cohn and Lindsay Miller of Greenspoon Marder Featured Speakers at the Estate Administration Boot Camp Seminar

Hollywood, FL – March 15, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder partner, Alan Cohn, and paralegal, Lindsay Miller featured speakers at the National Business Institute Estate Administration Boot Camp Seminar on March 15-16th in Hollywood, Florida.

Mr. Cohn will be speaking on “Closing the Estate and Final Accounting” on March 16th. His topic will be covering final accounting step-by-step, filing the final petition, final expenses, debts, taxes, fees and distributions and lastly, discharge of fiduciary. Additionally, Ms. Miller will be speaking on “Forms of Administration and When they are Used” on March 15th.
