Orlando, Florida – April 15, 2014 – Elizabeth Tener, a shareholder in the Marital & Family Law practice group of Greenspoon Marder’s Orlando office, will serve a three year term on the Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “D” of The Florida Bar. The term will take effect beginning June 1, 2014.
Tener, who primarily handles cases involving marital and family law matters, aids clients with traditional and collaborate divorce, child custody and child support, adoption, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, valuation of marital and non-marital assets, and adoption. As a prior Assistant State Attorney, Tener served as a felony prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach.
Admitted to The Florida Bar, Tener is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court. She is also a member of the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and currently holds a three year appointment to The Florida Bar’s Standing Family Law Rules Committee. Tener earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Centenary College of Louisiana.
