Gerry Greenspoon Selected for South Florida’s Top 100 Power Leaders by the South Florida Business Journal

Gerry Greenspoon, co-founding & co-managing shareholder of Greenspoon Marder, was selected for South Florida’s Top 100 Power Leaders by the South Florida Business Journal.

The Business Journal sought to highlight executives that are known for their innovative ideas and savvy business acumen within their region’s prosperous and evolving business landscape.

Greenspoon, who co-founded Greenspoon Marder in 1981, has gained national recognition for his work in the areas of real estate development, resort and timeshare development, condominium conversions, and finance and transactions.

As an active member of the South Florida community, Greenspoon is a Major Gifts donor and Corporate Partner to the Jewish Federation of Broward County, a Major Gifts donor and Investor’s Circle member with Junior Achievement of South Florida, a Major Gifts donor and Founders’ Circle member with Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO), a Founding Trustee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee Member of the American Resort Development Association, and a member of the Florida Land Title Association.

Greenspoon is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, and his License of Laws from the University of Ottawa. Greenspoon earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Canada.
