New Jersey Supreme Court Issues New Order

On June 25, 2020 the New Jersey Supreme entered its fifth Omnibus Order related to COVID 19. This order ends the restrictions on the Office of Foreclosure as established in earlier Omnibus Orders. This means that in addition to non-dispositive motions the Office of Foreclosure may now proceed with Judgments or other dispositive motions received after March 1, 2020.
