WITH OFFICE OPENING IN PHOENIX
Expands Corporate Practice Group With Addition of Two New Attorneys
Phoenix, AZ – November 27, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce the opening of the firm’s office in Phoenix, Arizona. The office will be led by shareholder, Stephen Lenn, a leading attorney in Corporate & Business law. In addition to Mr. Lenn, Jeremy Jarrett will be joining the firm as an associate. Together, they enhance the firm’s strengths in complex M&A and capital market transactions in the Western Region.
Mr. Lenn has over 40 years of legal, commercial and investment banking experience in connection with capital formation for start-ups and emerging and middle market businesses, including private placements of securities, as well as in corporate merger and acquisition transactions. His experience also includes debt finance transactions, loan workouts and other resolutions of distressed businesses and real estate transactions.
Mr. Jarrett focuses his practice on corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate and securities issues. He has represented corporate clients and emerging companies in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, equity investments, and recapitalization.
