GREENSPOON MARDER ANNOUNCES FURTHER EXPANSION WITH FAMILY LAW PRACTICE GROUP IN NEW YORK
The firm welcomes Robert M. Preston and Arthur D. Ettinger as shareholders along with their team of attorneys and staff dedicated to family law matters.
NEW YORK – July 11, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder continues its expansion with the addition of a family law practice group in New York led by veteran matrimonial and family lawyers, Robert M. (Bobby) Preston and Arthur D. Ettinger. Both attorneys join the firm as shareholders and as Co-Chairs of the New York Matrimonial and Family Law Practice. Preston and Ettinger bring with them a seasoned team of attorneys and professional staff that will complement the firm’s service offerings in New York and beyond.

The firm welcomes eight new attorneys and five professional staff members. In addition to shareholders Preston and Ettinger, Judith A. Ackerman and Diane Steiner join as senior counsel, and Lauren Chartan, Matthew Marcus, Scott Drucker, and Shauna Tesser-Friedman join as associates. The group also encompasses three paralegals and two administrative staff members. The team will be based in Rockefeller Center at 1270 Avenue of the Americas in New York.
