Greenspoon Marder Announces New Shareholder
Carl H. Linder Joins Miami Office
MIAMI – May 23, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder announced today the addition of new shareholder Carl H. Linder who will be joining the Miami office. He will be the first Miami shareholder joining the Wills, Trusts & Estates group, one of the largest in Florida, with plans to grow the practice.
“Carl will be a tremendous addition to the firm and to this practice group,” said Greenspoon Marder’s co-managing director, Gerry Greenspoon. “He is highly respected and dedicated, and brings a level of experience that will augment what we already have in place.”
Linder received his baccalaureate degree from San Diego State University, graduating with honors. He received his Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University – The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and received his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University.
Linder currently sits on the Budget Advisory Board for the City of Miami Beach. He formerly sat on the Board of Generation Hope the Nat King Cole Foundation, the Board of the Foundation of Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, and on the ChildNet Board in Broward County.
