GREENSPOON MARDER ANNOUNCES NEW SHAREHOLDER
JOSH GOLDSTEIN JOINS DENVER OFFICE
Denver, CO – September 12, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Josh Goldstein has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Denver office. His addition will expand the firm’s corporate transactional capabilities in the Western region.
Goldstein has 20 years of top tier corporate legal and transactional experience, combined with business acumen and financial experience. He has extensive experience advising clients on securities law matters and executing complex financing and other strategic transactions, including advising on two dozen initial public offerings, public and private M&A transactions and the issuance of several billion dollars of debt and equity securities.

Goldstein received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School, and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Colorado and, prior to his law career, was a practicing Certified Public Accountant. Goldstein is also an Advisory Board member of the Colorado Ocean Coalition.
