Greenspoon Marder Announces Partner Phillip Silvestri Recognized Among Real Vegas Magazine’s 2022 Leading Lawyers of Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nev. – October 20, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to announce that partner Phillip Silvestri has been recognized among the 2022-2023 Leading Lawyers of Las Vegas issue published by Real Vegas Magazine. The issue highlights local ‘Real’ attorneys that have played a key role in interpreting laws for the protection of individuals, business concerns and ideas, all across the Las Vegas and Vegas Valley community, through notable actions and words.

Mr. Silvestri primarily represents timeshare developers in litigation and other aspects of their business. Outside of the timeshare space, Mr. Silvestri also has extensive experience in general business litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as representing businesses in the cannabis space. In addition, Mr. Silvestri serves as an arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District Court and a mediator for the state of Nevada Real Estate Division. His practice also includes representing creditors in complex default-regulated litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters.
