Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – January 20, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce the promotion of two attorneys to senior counsel. The attorneys recognized for this achievement include Jason Alman and Adrienne Noto.
Mr. Alman is based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and works with clients throughout Florida. His primary focus is on legal issues relating to family, divorce, paternity, enforcement/modification proceedings, alimony, child support, child custody/timesharing, adoptions and parental responsibility, and pre & post-nuptial agreements. He received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law.
Ms. Noto is based in the firm’s Miami office and focuses her practice on assisting clients in procuring alcohol and business operating licenses and land use approvals. She works with on and off-premise alcohol retailers, hospitality industry members and entertainment venue operators. Ms. Noto also represents clients in commercial business transactions between alcohol industry members and assists with the transfer of alcohol licenses and operating permits. She received her law degree from Florida International University College of Law.
