Greenspoon Marder Associate David Schnobrick Appointed To The Florida Bar’s Governmental And Public Policy Advocacy Committee

Boca Raton, FL – May 20, 2019 – Greenspoon Marder associate David Schnobrick was recently appointed to the Florida Bar’s Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee. The mission of the Governmental and Public Policy Advocacy Committee includes promoting professionalism among lawyer-lobbyists and providing mentoring and networking opportunities that are not available elsewhere.

David A. Schnobrick is an associate at Greenspoon Marder.  He focuses his practice on federal and state regulatory compliance issues from both proactive and reactive perspectives, and is particularly experienced with the regulatory challenges faced by the financial, insurance, and health care industries including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Truth in Lending Act, and state insurance codes. In addition, Mr. Schnobrick handles regulatory matters applicable to the debt settlement, real estate, time share, marketing, and advertising industries, including the Telemarketing Sales Rule and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
