Miami, Fla. – December 22, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce associate Frank Whitaker has been selected to participate in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s annual Leadership Miami® program. Mr. Whitaker will participate in the program’s Spring Cohort that will take place from January 2022 to May 2022.
Now in its 43rd year, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Leadership Miami® is a program designed to develop the future leaders of South Florida. The program provides opportunities to meet Miami’s leaders, share learning experiences that focus on community issues, and create leadership skills through a planned process of seminars, lectures, small group discussions, and leadership skills exercises. The program has worked to prepare the next generation of Miamians to address vital issues affecting Miami-Dade County.
Mr. Whitaker concentrates his practice on counseling clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. He also regularly counsels lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate financing matters. Additionally, he provides counsel to clients on matters in connection with land use and corporate formation and governance matters.
