Edison, N.J. – February 3, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder attorney Jane Wang will be a featured speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New York Chapter CLE seminar titled “the Life-Cycle of a PERM.” The CLE will take place on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST. Ms. Wang and her fellow panelists will discuss their insights on Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification ethics, recruitment requirements, form preparation and audits, and other post PERM filing issues.

Ms. Wang focuses her practice on business immigration and non-immigration matters, assisting employers at every stage of the I-9 process and counseling human resource personnel and foreign national employees on federal immigration law for business immigration to the U.S. She handles a wide range of visas, including EB2, EB3, EB-5, H-1B, and TN, as well as PERM. Ms. Wang also assesses the eligibility of corporate foreign employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
