Greenspoon Marder Attorney Jane Wang Featured Speaker for AILA New York Chapter CLE Seminar

Edison, N.J. – February 3, 2022 – Greenspoon Marder attorney Jane Wang will be a featured speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New York Chapter CLE seminar titled “the Life-Cycle of a PERM.” The CLE will take place on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST. Ms. Wang and her fellow panelists will discuss their insights on Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification ethics, recruitment requirements, form preparation and audits, and other post PERM filing issues.

The AILA is the national association of more than 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. AILA member attorneys represent U.S. families seeking permanent residence for close family members, as well as U.S. businesses seeking talent from the global marketplace. AILA members also represent foreign students, entertainers, athletes, and asylum seekers, often on a pro bono basis. Founded in 1946, AILA is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization that provides continuing legal education, information, professional services, and expertise through its 39 chapters and over 50 national committees.

Ms. Wang focuses her practice on business immigration and non-immigration matters, assisting employers at every stage of the I-9 process and counseling human resource personnel and foreign national employees on federal immigration law for business immigration to the U.S. She handles a wide range of visas, including EB2, EB3, EB-5, H-1B, and TN, as well as PERM. Ms. Wang also assesses the eligibility of corporate foreign employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
