Los Angeles, CA – June 22, 2018 – Greenspoon Marder attorney, Kathleen Cerniglia Hipps, has been recognized as a Southern California “Rising Star” in 2018 by Super Lawyers magazine.
Ms. Hipps is of counsel in Greenspoon Marder’s Litigation practice group. She recently served as lead trial counsel in Dumag v. Allen, a multimillion dollar fraud and breach of contract case tried in California Superior Court. Ms. Hipps successfully defeated all claims and won all costs and attorney fees for her client.
