Los Angeles, Cal. – September 13, 2021 – Greenspoon Marder attorney Matthew Kanin will be a featured speaker at the Los Angeles County Bar Association webinar entitled “Conserving Britney Part II: The Internal Affairs of Conservatorships: how they run, change and end.” In coordination with numerous other local bar associations, the program will be held by Zoom on Thursday, September 30, 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. PST, featuring a distinguished panel of past and present judicial officers and lawyers. (Consistent with California Law, the speakers are unable to discuss the specific facts or comment on the rulings in a pending case; the purpose of this event is to provide an unbiased background through which to interpret and understand current events.) This program is the second of a two-part series that will touch on ongoing case studies discussing conservatorship proceedings for journalists and the public. The first part was broadcast live on July 29, 2021, and a recording will be available at a later date.
