This recognition is dedicated to outstanding and inspirational women who are positively impacting the California business world. The finalists and honorees will be announced at a live event taking place on November 7, 2023, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
Ms. Tavit is a highly experienced professional serving as the Chief Recruiting Officer at Greenspoon Marder. With a career spanning over 20 years in legal recruiting, Ms. Tavit has been instrumental in implementing effective strategies for identifying and recruiting top legal talent. Collaborating closely with firm leadership, she plays a crucial role in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing potential candidates to facilitating their onboarding and integration into the organization. Ms. Tavit also introduced and encouraged firm leadership to participate in the Mansfield Rule certification process, which she continues to spearhead today. The Mansfield Rule certification aims to increase the pool of diverse candidates in senior lateral positions, leadership and governance roles, and formal client pitch opportunities. Through Ms. Tavit’s pivotal role, Greenspoon Marder achieved its first certification in 2022 and is currently in the process of receiving certification once again in 2023.
