Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Martinez Reyes, was selected by South Florida Business & Wealth as the 2017 “Up and Comer” in the area of Marketing & Media. South Florida Business & Wealth selected more than 70 finalists out of 700 applicants for the 2017 “Up and Comer” awards. The finalists and winners were honored during an awards ceremony at Xtreme Action Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on June 22, 2017.
The Up & Comer Awards honor young professionals who have achieved excellence in their careers, shown a commitment to their community and demonstrated leadership.
Ms. Somerstein represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including counseling developers and lenders on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. She has experience working throughout the United States closing transactions involving retail, mixed-use, multi-family, hotel, office, warehouse, condominium, automobile dealership and self-storage.
Ms. Martinez Reyes has over 20 years of experience working with domestic and international clients within the legal industry. Her experience includes over 10 years of management with projects as a specialized marketer and relationship manager.
