Gerald (Gerry) Greenspoon has been the co-founder and co-managing director of the law firm Greenspoon Marder since 1981. Since then, Mr. Greenspoon has gained national attention for himself and the firm for his work in the areas of cannabis, real estate development, resort and timeshare development, condominium conversions, and finance and transactions.
