Mr. Marcus has over 25 years of experience helping clients succeed at the intersection of social/digital media talent, branded content creation, and technology-driven advertising and distribution. Mr. Marcus focuses his practice on representing start-ups, emerging and established companies on business/legal affairs, production legal, and operations matters in a consistently and rapidly changing market.
Ms. Sher’s practice focuses on emerging and growing companies involved in Web3 initiatives including blockchain integrations and NFT projects, also serving clients in the entertainment, media, and emerging technologies spaces. Ms. Sher also brings substantial experience in deal-making and structuring rights, talent, and production agreements in the podcasting industry and other new media spaces.
