Los Angeles – March 4, 2026 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to announce that Leib Orlanski has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner in the Corporate practice group. His addition further enhances the firm’s ability to provide sophisticated, multidisciplinary counsel to clients navigating today’s complex global financial markets.
Mr. Orlanski focuses his practice on private equity acquisitions, where he assists companies, deal sponsors, and management teams in identifying strategic acquisition targets, securing acquisition funding, and drafting and negotiating purchase or divestiture agreements. He is highly regarded for his ability to secure private equity financing for buy-outs and growth capital, as well as structuring and documenting complex M&A investment transactions. In the capital markets arena, he represents companies seeking underwriters for initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings, and PIPE financing. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found the Acorn Angels, a network for high-technology and internet investors, and serve on the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Selection Committee for Los Angeles.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to begin this new chapter with Greenspoon Marder,” said Mr. Orlanski. “At this stage in my career, I’m looking forward to continuing the work I enjoy most, practicing law alongside dedicated colleagues, building meaningful relationships within the firm, and connecting my long‑standing network to a team that shares my commitment to client service.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Leib to the firm,” said Gerald Greenspoon, co-managing director of Greenspoon Marder. “Leib’s extensive experience in capital markets and private equity brings a sophisticated dimension to our team, and his track record of navigating complex financial landscapes will be a tremendous asset to our clients seeking to achieve significant milestones in today’s economy.”
