GREENSPOON MARDER HOSTS COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE WOMEN’S LUNCHEON
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – April 3, 2017 – Greenspoon Marder is pleased to host this month’s Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Luncheon. The event will take place at Greenspoon Marder’s Ft. Lauderdale offices on April 4, 2017. Shareholder, Beth-Ann Krimsky, and Associate, Alicia Lewis, will be presenting on the land use and real estate aspects of Greenspoon Marder’s Cannabis practice.
CREW Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton is a local chapter of a national organization formed to promote communication, networking opportunities and interaction among commercial real estate professionals on a local, regional, national and international level.
Ms. Krimsky is a commercial trial attorney, whose practice includes a broad variety of business disputes, including complex real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and land use litigation. She handles real estate development business disputes and pre-litigation contract review, as well as general commercial litigation matters including class action defense regarding e-Commerce and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Her practice includes trial work in both Federal and State Courts throughout the State of Florida, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
Ms. Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, environmental and governmental law. She successfully represents the most prominent real estate developers in the country before federal, state, regional, and local government agencies. Ms. Lewis will discuss ethical considerations in the medical marijuana industry.
