Greenspoon Marder Hosts CREFC Seminar: Security Tokenization For Real Estate Offerings

New York, NY – September 25, 2019 –  Greenspoon Marder is proud to host the CREFC Seminar:  Security Tokenization for Real Estate Offerings on September 25th in New York. The seminar will discuss security tokenization and blockchain, including its potential benefits and future uses as well as legal and economic considerations for investors and issuers. Partner Mark Fawer will moderate the event, which will include technology, banking and consulting luminaries within the tokenization financing world. The CRE Finance Council (CREFC) is the trade association for the $4.3 trillion commercial real estate finance industry.

Mark Fawer is a partner in the Real Estate practice group at Greenspoon Marder.
