GREENSPOON MARDER HOSTS EMERGING COMMUNITIES: FOCUS ON BRICKELL PROGRAM WITH EXECUTIVE SOUTH FLORIDA MAGAZINE

MIAMI, FL – September 28, 2016 – Greenspoon Marder is proud to host the Emerging Communities: Focus on Brickell Breakfast Panel with Executive South Florida Magazine. Miami’s Brickell area continues to emerge as one of the most vibrant places to live, work and play in the region. During the panel discussion, panelist provided insight on the growth, planning and vision for this truly dynamic district.

President and publisher of Executive South Florida Magazine, Ron Mann, was the panel moderator. He was joined by five respected panelists including Manuel Crespo of Greenspoon Marder, Carlos Rossos of The Related Group, Alyce Robertson of Downtown Development Authority, Andreas Schreiner of Pubbelly Restaurant Group, and Ernie Diaz of TD Bank and the Beacon Council Executive Committee. The group of panelists covered all aspects of the spectrum including real estate, law, banking, and entertainment.

Thanks to incoming capital from Latin America and elsewhere, Brickell has exploded over the last 15 years, and has become South Florida’s major financial district. In addition, Miami’s culture has been one of biggest factors to the cities growth.
