Guest speaker, Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, will address how appeals make their way through the Second Department. Greenspoon Marder shareholder, Robert M. Preston, currently serves as Chair of the Legislative Subcommittee for the Matrimonial Committee of the NYC Bar.
The NYC Bar’s Matrimonial Law Committee addresses issues related to the family and the practice of matrimonial law including equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, custody, access, same sex marriage, prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation/settlement agreements, financial valuations and forensic valuations.
